Absolutely wonderful evening of great food, lovely service, and additional to quality dining in Sydney.Highly recommend the scallops with their butter sauce, best in Sydney by far.Ramen is beautiful, rich and creamy.Finish it with the hojicha cheesecake.Shall be back again!

Great Ramen, took the recommendation of a staff member to try the hojicha smoked duck ramen, although a non traditional ramen… the broth was well balanced and packed with flavour, the noodles and duck were cooked perfectly and the smoke was a nice addition, not overwhelming. Also ordered the chicken wing gyoza and tuna carpaccio these dishes were ok, but not to my taste, lack a fresh zesty contrast. Unagi was also ok.Will be back to try more ramen!

The food flavour was good but it’s a bit overpriced considering the quality and ingredient used. The chicken wing dumpling was nice but it wasn’t your traditional Gyoza fillings instead it’s more like a fish/prawn paste. Oyster was fresh enough but doesn’t have enough creamy or mineral taste. Ramen had good flavour but it got cold really quickly and the broth was a touch too thick. Other small dishes also had good flavour however could considered a bit over cooked.

I’ve visited a few times for both lunch and dinner. The karaage is my favourite, it’s cooked so perfectly and the yuzu mayo is delicious. They have unique flavour such as duck ramen. They have different ramen for lunch and dinner. My favourite lunch ramen is the pork neck soy, they add an apple sauce which makes it refreshing. My favourite dinner ramen is wagyu cheek.

Great spot this. I’m generally not on this side of the bridge but was recommended this place. All the dishes we ate were great. The standout was definitely the chicken wing which I’d recommend.Nothing to complain about with any dish at all.Staff were friendly and all dishes came out at the perfect time (waiting for us to be done with our previous dishes).Would love to come back and try some other items on the menu.

Amazing ramen, relatively close to the version we had in Hokkaido. Their signature dish (chicken wings stuffed with prawn meat inside) was relatively expensive and average in terms of taste. The beef tarte was surprisingly flavourful and fun to eat with the crispy condiments at the top. We also ordered Tuna carpaccio and grilled scallops, but felt they are not really special. The classic umeshu drink was refreshing, went well with the food, and worth ordering.

Easily the best ramen I've had in Australia. Both the shio and shoyu based ramens were phenomenal. Will have to come back for their dinner service. Only bad thing is that it's in St Leonards - if a shop this calibre opened in the cbd, I'd be a happy man

The hatcho miso ramen was a thick tonkotsu broth with a deep umami flavour from the miso. We ordered a side of pickled veg, the acidity helped cut the richness. Loved the thick slices of chashu which were juicy with a lovely smokiness from a quick torching. If you're on the shorter side, I'd recommend asking for a table rather than the bar as the stools are pretty low and is quite uncomfortable

Very pleasant dining experience. Ambience is quite nice - even though we sat near the cooking area at the high counter it wasn’t hot.Yakitori and the famous Chicken Wing Gyoza were well cooked, crispy and flavourful - just be prepared with an empty stomach or a nice accompanying beverage it gets heavy.Tonkotsu ramen was very good, especially for the $23 price you get a lot - thickly charred char siu, hearty broth that’s not too spicy + well prepared noodles and accompaniments.
