Extremely Poor customer service. As a first time customer I was left very disappointed with my shopping experience. I was not greeted when I entered the store, was not asked if I could be helped when looking around, then when I was standing at the counter and no other customers in sight, the older lady working completely ignored me until I had to speak up!! I will not be returning!! Avoid.

Have contacted this boutique a week ago about a faulty item and still have not been refunded. I keep being told that “they have to wait to see if their supplier will refund them before they’ll refund me”. Sorry but that’s not how a refund works! You sold a faulty item, refund your customer, and then take it up with your supplier!

I have been a loyal client of Boheme Luxe for years, but sadly I don't feel the love is reciprocal after todays purchase left me disheartened, shocked and questioning my repeat custom. Poor service, no loyalty program & rarely on sale! Hmm perhaps its true, online shopping will eventually take over bricks and mortar shop fronts.

My sister and I visited the shop today. Wow! No customer service whatsoever. We even saw the shop assistant look through clothes at the rear of the shop as to who was entering, and only said hello after the new customer said hello to her! Beautiful clothes and would have bought ‘lots’ but if you don’t have the decency to welcome your customers, I’ll take my custom elsewhere. And, we did to another gorgeous shop a few doors down where we could not be helped enough. Manners cost you nothing.

Extremely helpful ,attentive service .Fabulous selection of top label gear.This stylish boutique combines relaxed ambience with unique and sophisticated labels ,superb fabrics AND truly personal service.I was a hopelessly indecisive customer today,and the two Sashas couldn't do enough to help advise and give assistance.Top marks to this lovely little oasis in what is otherwise ,so often in this city,a sea of sameness.
