Okay so they were on time and great on the phone. Telling me someone can measure, quote and install the same day. And no charge for quote only.Different story though.Combined with idiotic pressure on husband.I now have a hot water heater FAIL that has cost over $1400.1. Was told a quote only would now cost me money.2. Am told I can cut my door to fit the water heater3. My cupboard door does not close.I was not given the option for something that will fit.I cannot access the floor in front of the cupboard in my small laundry, it looks unsightly.I am extremely unhappy, given my old water heater wasnt actually broken.
