Dr PHAM is very gentle. For years I used to be scared of having a clean but with Dr Pham, he gave me an easy experience.

Been seeing Dr Pham for over 6 years. Excellent dentist, very patient and gentle. He's very friendly and always takes the time to explain and provide the treatment. He also did my daughter's braces which we are extremely happy with the results.Would highly recommend him as a family dentist.

I am thankful to see Dr Duc Pham again after 8 years. I have moved and I'm not a fan of the dentist. But I have been in so much pain last night. And his receptionist was so helpful, fit me in for an emergency.Turn out, its the wisdom tooth has causing me pain. Thank you for the most quick and painless experience. I did not expect the wisdom tooth's removal was done so quick. I also had a clean. more importantly painless experience.

I came to clinic to get a basic filling done about 1 month ago (cost me $150 for filling). However, 3 weeks later, I still feel sore and sensitive where filling was done. I came back to see dentist Duc Pham to tell him about what I feel and asked for him to look at the filling again. He told me the filling was fine, everything was ok and sold me the mousse cream(cost $36) to help with the sore and sensitive tooth. Two days later, my tooth was still the same so I went to another dentist, who look at my tooth, took x-ray and showed me how bad the previous filling was done. To remove old filling and repair my tooth, it costs me $350. I have contacted Duc Pham at DC Smile about reimbursing me for all costs but he only offered to pay his cost of $186, which I find to be very unreasonable. I have told him this but so far he has failed to reply. To me, it shows that he doesn't want to take responsibility for his work and to care for his customer services. I'm not happy with this clinic.
