Great price for a quick cut as advertised. You want more like shampoo and conditioner, costs more. Not everyone wants a shampoo. Great people too. Know what they are doing.

I’ve been here before and have been real happy with the results but I’m sad to say this time around I’m a little mortified. I asked for a trim of my pre-existing blunt cut, and have left with multiple levels in my hair. I couldn’t tell at the time as I was left with wet frizzy hair.

Avoid this place at all costs. Worst staff and service ever! I just got a hair trim. They even managed to mess that up! Worst hair experience!

Came here today for a trim, asked for some light layers and got told it was impossible to do, while telling me my hair was horrible & laughed about it. She didn’t even wet my hair while cutting the split ends off. A dry cut that came out uneven and it only took 4 minutes. Incredibly disappointing

I have been using Just Cuts Broadway for nearly 20 years and today had the worst experience ever. Terrible haircut costing $57, hairdresser look like they needed a hairdo or at least a hair wash and kept scratching their own head while cutting my hair. Serious consideration as to whether I will use this service again. Very sad.

I had a lovely, friendly stylist, Nick. He listened to what I wanted and gave me a really good wash, haircut and blow dry. As good a cut as I’ve had anywhere at a tiny fraction of what I’ve paid elsewhere. He took the time to do it exactly right. Totally recommend his services.

Really patient with my daughter who has blonde hair that is slightly curly when dry. Didn't rush the cut at all and triple checked length and eveness of cut. For a child not at school the price was $18 which I think is completely reasonable for the effort put in.

We take our 7&8yo boys there and it's always stress free. Good value for money haircuts, lovely staff, quick but caring service and great for kids with cartoons playing on resident IPad.No bookings taken but the staff will honestly tell you expected wait time, if any..
