So it is lots of fun for the kids to jump around. Do not visit this place in summers!!!The problems (and there are many) include:1. When you organize a party, the spot you get is crammed and it is very hot.2. They have no air con so if it is 40 degrees outside it is 45 degrees inside and it is very hot3. There is really nothing for adults to do but sit around or jump around. There is no middle ground (such as at EMF where you can play ball or play in fake sand) and it is too hot.4. The food is basic at best and it is too hit in there.5. It is too hot in there.6. Read the end bit of 1 to 5.

1 star unfortunately for the fact someone is going to be seriously hurt here, under trained junior staff who seems to be frustrated at every request made by patrons, little to no ventilation and no fans on a hot day made for extreme temperatures inside there is also no access to water at the facility it must be purchased, staff were clearly over their heads with the young boys often see on their phones inside the jumping castle and the young girl running the counter often unable to serve for periods of 5 mins or more at a time, This place really needs to stop cutting corners.

Had my son's birthday at rebound land and it was fantastic. Everything ran smoothly, and the kids had a ball.

Found out about this place after my young child was invited to a couple of birthday parties. Good set up for the kids and the staff are friendly. The casual price of $18 is a big ask though, especially when the competitor charges less for pretty much the same thing with a lot more room. I noticed the parties have to pack up after 1.5 hours and move to the general area. Seems like a big inconvenience. The party areas should be allocated the same timeframe as the play time eg. 2 hours, especially when there is not much free space in the general area around the bouncing playground to move everything over. Medium coffee is $5.50, I think any coffee over $5 is expensive.

Our kids always love it here. They play and make new friends. The staff are attentive and the environment is safe. The cafe outside does great coffee too.

Had a child’s party here, fun for the children however the staff are unhelpful and rude. Was pouring with rain our party started at first session time of 9am, tried to go in at 8.40am to set up and even though they were inside they would not let us in until 8.45am. They should open the doors at 8.30am for a 9am session. Young staff giving us dirty looks the entire time because we wanted to come in 5 minutes early due to the heavy rain? Will never go here again.

This place is super fun, my 16 month old loved it.But just a let down with the toddler area not being policed by staff. Older kids bigger than me were coming into the area and they were so dangerous. We had to leave before my 16 month old coped a 50kg 9 year old knee to his head.

Great place to burn off some energy however as a parent you are not able to properly supervise or support your child without paying to be on the inflatables which is really disappointing in such a hectic environment.
