The staff at the libary are very helpful especially on the computers which they freely give the public use of. Having no computer myself i need to go there for all printing -although i receive EMails on my phone i do not have a printer myself.The staff also conduct teaching for those not so familiar with electronic devices and do everything else that a libary does.
