Loved Robyn’s class, the one on one was amazing and so was the group class, although it doesn’t feel like much of a group class because she caters it what you’re hoping to work on which I think is fantastic! She is such a wealth of knowledge and helps to correct any movements you aren’t doing right in a way you can easily understand. Definitely recommend!

Robyn’s Pilates Body Shop is well equipped and a comfortable space to achieve wellness. Robyn is an incredible instructor who really listens and understands the workings of the body. Even in group sessions she is able to individualise the workout and treatment. I have been going for several years now and absolutely love it. Pilates Body Shop
Had a lovely spinal flow session today with Robyn. I felt the energy move from my back all the way to the soles of my feet. Helped me to relax to point of nearly drooling ha ha. I do believe it helps to move any blockages that may be present in the body. In my relaxed state thoughts of specific ages to me came into my mind, which I may need to look at in more depth or it was just clearing. Overall a relaxing healing session. Thank you
