If you are taking a vehicle to O'Neill for license inspection I suggest you don't. He goes to extraordinary lengths to fault your vehicle, and hence fail. He will not take into consideration fair wear and tear" and searches for the most minor fault such as small faults in upholstery. Nobody can understand why he continues to do this inspection work unless it is to wield bureaucratic power over the public.My suggestion is drive to Bunbury and have your vehicle inspected"

Greg and terry are definitely the best thing that happened to us in Margaret River! Unfortunately our car was too far gone to be fixed but they called every place in wa to see if the fix could be possible. They were so helpful and giving, we ended up practically living at their shop for a couple days and they were just glad to help! They even gave us a ride to the bus so we could make it back to Perth. Lovely people and super knowledgeable mechanics! Hope to see you again!-Estelle and Eddie

The guy was so rude and an helpful thinking he knows better than everyone, will never ever go back there , need to reconsider how to talk to customers
