New server tried to help but even after getting help from more experienced staff really didn't know how to help my elderly friend. Went to Optus around the corner, they were very helpful, lots of hints at keeping the costs down and suitability of different phones for a person with problems

I think I was fortunate to have been assisted by Eric! He was extremely helpful & patient! AND fixed my issue, even though it probably took longer than either of us expected initially!

Service was non existent, walked in, 3 people waiting, staff didn't even acknowledge that we were there while with other customers, just walked out.

Good Telstra shop. The staff were professional and the experience was good. The only downside is that this space is SMALL, I mean really small. Not enough room to swing a cat.No real complaints though. I suppose the chairs could be more comfortable, but that seems like nitpicking :)

Very happy with our experience last week. The staff member, Jess, who served us, allowed me to remain with her until I felt totally sure that the issue was resolved and I thank her for treating me as a person and listening to me.

Went in today to buy a new sim card, the man who served us was extremely helpful and friendly. Activated the sim for me and we were on our way within 10 mins! Outstanding service! Awesome!
