Northern Beaches Rehabilitation Belrose
The best sports rehabilitation on the Northern Beaches. I saw Camilla and she did a very thorough diagnosis. She put together a plan which included rehab at the clinic, exercises which you can see on a free app and a plan to progressively start running and cycling again. I’m back running much sooner than I expected.

After a critical motorcycle accident I was told I won't walk again. I couldn't accept this outcome. Having the professional and extremely dedicated team of Northern Beaches Rehab in my corner has allowed me to break the rules and walk again. Thank you guys for all your help and most of all, never giving up on me.

Awesome! I am so impressed with the work and support Catriona has provided my daughter in her recovery. Catriona has encouraged and challenged Ella to continue to strive for improvements, unlike other services and therapists whose approach was to focus on adaptive approaches to assist with living a life filled with limits and permanent deficiencies. I would highly recommend this service to anyone recovering from an acquired brain injury and is willing to strive for continued improvements.

I can highly recommend their Post-Natal Pilates courses. I have recently completed 10 weeks with Maddie and it was the perfect reintroduction to exercise after my baby's birth - I learnt a lot, did a great workout each time and had a lot of fun! It was great to be able to bring bub along. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
