DISGUSTING. AVOID!! Absolutely absurd conduct and misleading information. The plumber advised me on his visit that there would be no charge as the mixer on kitchen sink was faulty and refused to repair it. He advised to purchase a new tap and he would call back to repair it then which was when I was told I'd be charged. Naturally, I was surprised to receive an invoice from the company and when I followed up to relay the information and Nicky's response was why would you call a plumber if you couldn't afford it". Of course I'd have no issue paying if I was told I'd be charged. When I tried to explain what occurred
