Not a great service. I would looks elsewhere. We paid Conzept through our builder to design a landscape plan for our home. It was very difficult to work with them, they were not interested in what we wanted and at the end of the day we don't have a plan that can be implemented. Conzept didn't even visit the site that resulted in all the levels on the plan being incorrect. They put junior LAs on the task. They put plants on a roof, pathways on council land, full sun plants in the shade and steps where they didn't need to be just to mention some of the things. The plants they have prescribed don't even suit the aspect. Even on our final plans we have steps on one plan and no steps on another. They have our money, we don't have a plan that can be implemented and are now spending money with another Landscape Architect. A cost and stress we didn't need.
