Unsure why my review disappeared.AVOID this company.Sharlaton behaviour. Tried to sell O-rings the same price as an entire new unit including the O-rings.Charged me $15 for a 5g tube of lubricant which was USED and nearly empty tube was so old even the plastic of the tube was split at the back so greese came from split rather than nozzle.Family business, but clearly the son is depressed, the father (owner) threw his phone at him and used expletives in front of a customer.Highly unprofessional, so your selves a favour and avoid. Wish I read the reviews of this company before trying to use them.

Be very careful if you use this company my advice is stay well clear of them. The owner is rude and very miss leading. Took two coffee machines to be serviced a month later I was told I needed to change a pump and quoted $400.00 + $65 and needed to buy two milk fridges at $500.00 each which I ended up buying for $300.00 at Harvey Norman.Only once I picked up the machines and got them back I realised that nothing had been done the machines were still dirty with the old coffee and water still inside the machine. When I called the owner NINO he was rude and told me in a nut shell to fly a kite.My suspicion were confirmed once I called another company. They attended site and inspected the machines and concluded that nothing had been done to them nor were the old pumps replaced. They fixed the machines, installed and programmed them all for $220.00 and informed me that NINO and his company are well known in the industry for doge work and that I was in-fact part of a long list of people who have been ripped off by NINO and his company.Please do your research before using This company read all the negative reviews there is a common thread among them.

just picked up my Saeco coffee machine from this place ,they broke the steam knob , and said these things can happen and they couldn't get one in Australia. total cost $314.65. wouldn't even take a skate board to these people much less a coffee machine.

Got my Breville coffee machine repaired here. The shop is difficult to spot due to lack of signage. Friendly and professional service however thought the repair bill was a little pricy. It cost me just over $300 all up, considering the price to replace it.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is my first review ever but I thought this is necessary. I did the mistake not to check the previous reviews. I also can not enough express that I want to warn anyone to use their service. I Would never ever use this place again or recommend them.Untrustworthy and rude and total rip-off.They repaired my coffee machine a breville. They did not replace any major part and performed a standard service and had the ball s to invoice 300 AUD for labour!Added 15.10.2020 I just received a phone call from the italian manager which provides you an unbiased, nice understanding of their attitude towards their customers! Original feedback , quote: “Because of your negative customer review on google we will not grant you any warranty on your machine and the work we have carried out and if you come to our shop I throw you out of the f**** door”. I guess this is self explanatory what you have to expect from this company!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the result from the repair this company provided for my coffee machine. I have attached some pictures.The invoice states “CLEANED STEAM SOLENOID. FULLY SERVICED, DESCALED AND CLEANED.TESTED.The results as you can see from the attached pictures, does not balance with the money I paid - $376.00. I expect when the scope of works says full serviced and cleaned that it comes back in fresh like new condition. Instead it was covered in hand prints, the drip tray dirty, the water container with scale on it and scale in the water fill receptacle….how is that a descale and clean?I delivered the unit to Direct Appliance Repair on the morning of 31/08/2020 and finally got it back Monday 21/09/2020…it took three follow up phone calls from me in that period to get the unit even looked at. On Friday 18/9 they told me the technician would be looking it after lunchtime. By that afternoon they called to say it was complete.By the pictures it seems not much effort or time was spent.I’m happy to pay for good service and good results, but in this case the service is VERY poor. The internal problem was fixed, but don’t charge me for cleaning when that service was certainly not performed!Overpriced and under-performed service. I only wish I had looked the Google reviews before taking my machine to this company. The recent Google reviews detail EXACTLY the service I received - POOR Do yourself a favour and avoid this company.

I wish I saw the reviews as well before using.We took our breville coffee machine in for inability to hold the water pressure. They replaced the seals and serviced the machine, it took 3 to 4 weeks and $290.We brought the breville home and couldn't adjust grinder on the first use. We took it back and they forgot a screw or it came loose, they said they wouldn't charge us for that... very kind.Now after having the machine for a week we have noticed from the first try the steam wand doesn't have much pressure, takes three times as long to heat and froth milk. Called to discuss, not helpful. Technician saying that's a new problem, stating we can bring it back for further services. I explained that wasnt a issue before they serviced it. Technician not understanding this and saying wand is probably blocked which it isn't, or dial not on steam and half on hot water. Ended phone call and will go else where.Dismissive and frustrating to deal with, don't waste your time and money.

My coffee machine went to these people came back with no grinder guts went back again came back 2nd time and grinder tamper fell out onto tray before store could return it. 10 weeks later got credit from extended warranty company. Never again
