Pretty nice hotel close to the airport. Each room has a small balcony or seating area if you’re on the ground floor. Appreciated the snacks you can buy from reception. Free parking too.

Very slow check in and refused to honour my govt.hrs charge back. It stated incidentals, not including papers, massage, alcohol etc.Because it specifically did not say food was included they refused. (HRS had got it wrong according to the staff)The place is handy being close to the airport, so it’s good for a stopover, but has airport prices.

Clean, generous sized rooms with effective air-conditioning, lovely pool, well equipped gym with air-conditioning, on-demand shuttle bus to and from the airport and lovely meals at the on site restaurant. Can't fault it!

Stayed overnight 12/01/2023. Paid extra for a decent room to look after baby. Had to shift rooms because air con not working. Second room TV not working but its Darwin and air con more important. Then there is the disappearance of $15. Now I know its not even a couple of beers but its the principal. I know exactly where it went and when I spoke to the 'manager' the previously friendly staff member present would not even look me in the eye. Manager advised me I must have dropped it.... ummm. People drinking glass pots of beer in the pool not spoken to despite all the signs advising not to do it. The expensive steak in the restaurant should have been called 'your slab of fat...' We have stayed here previously and its been good but this was not the case on this occasion.

Don't get me wrong, the hotel is a little tired but the investment they're making is going to put this property ahead of others nearby.Having stayed here twice for 4+ nights on each occasion, I'm so grateful for the upgrade they provide as a loyal ALL member. The hotel front office staff are always so genuine and lovely, the rooms are clean and modern (book the new rooms!) and housekeepers are so lovely (the smiles are infectious!)My only negative feedback is that I miss the a la carte breakfast, but understand and appreciate why it has returned to a buffet offering.Thank you for making my stays easy and enjoyable, I hope that this continues into the future.———————Latest stay, I can’t even get decent pillows and the duty manager is incredibly rude and lacks any service skills.

Overall a nice experience. Although I didn't use the pool it's an outstanding feature along with the tropical feel of the landscaping and plants used.

The coffee in the sachets was green. Past use bye date. The bathroom sink tap was like a waterfall. Turned the tap on and I got blasted with water.I am disappointed about not ever getting territorian NT rates. We phoned Mecure in advance for NT rates. It hasn't happened yet. Interestingly the check in guy said we should have asked. We said we did.In all honesty I say this so that you can think about the future when the complex is finished. If your focus is including international... The menu is 2 star. You need to improve the standard.Your rates are high And yet you serve a cheap boring" breakfast.Google Sweden's breakfast ideas and you will be shamed. Your eggs are "good slops" in big plastic bags. Fresh fruit not tinned. Discussing. How about some fresh eggs. HoweverMy partner and I love the poolside plants and the location is gold.Improving brekky could be a "game changer".. Believe it or not folk want more up market choices for the fees that you charge.Check out Ruby's Breakfast cafe Coconut Grove. You have the chefs and staff etc... Why not impressed your guests and raise the breakfast bar.All the best"
