Second time I have visited, terrible customer service both times.Will never go back.

Do not under any circumstance is get something repaired from this place, by all means buy the stuff she has but do not get something repaired. I had used this place before and wasn't exactly happy but thought I'd give them another go and was trying to create a family heirloom. I had a ring made for my daughter using the ring that she already had the gold from my ring that I had a 16 and the gold from my mother's ring and it turned out absolutely terrible. We waited over a month after the due date and when it returned it didn't have the stones in it was it was asked to have and within a week the main stone fell out of the ring. I spoke with the owner of the store originally when I first got the ring back saying I wasn't happy that I had to pay so much money when they used my gold for the ring and they said it would be cheaper and it wasn't she was rude she was unhelpful and I was absolutely disgusted with her customer service. My daughter took the ring back and explained the main Stone had fallen out a week after getting it and that there have been so much drama with this ring. June was so rude to her she said just give her money back and get her out of the shop and I never want to have to deal with these people again. She took absolutely no blame for the fact that my daughter's ring my mother's ring my ring is now rubbish. She took no blame for the fact that the ring was way late, did not try to help us sort it all out she was just rude and very un Christian like.Again I say do not get anything repaired here.

I have always received excellent service here and everything I've had made has exceeded expectations. 10/10 will be back

There are too many things to list to explain my 1 star rating, but here is a brief review:June did not take the time to listen and really understand our requests. She ordered my husbands eternity ring in a different style to what we had chosen. When we said it was not the correct ring, she was defensive and not understanding as to why we weren't just happy with what she ordered. She said It was the closest thing to what you had wanted".A ring that June had made from MY own diamonds and gold (from a pair of earring I provided)
