I have a little issue with shipping arrangement and delivery , but management team had handled and rearranged another shipping for me.The delivery went smoothly and the trolleys were wrapped up nicely , fully installed and good condition. We will enjoy using them.Thank you to the online team helped out over the phone and management team put things right for us.We will write another review for the products themselves, hope they are good quality as we are hoping for.

Had a great experience shopping for my lawn mower. All staff were very helpful. I was particularly impressed with the service by the sales person who I dealt with. He was able to provide all the information that I needed, very knowledgeable indeed. I was able to choose the right lawn mower that met my requirements with his guidance (And Im loving the EGO Lawn mower that he suggested) Was pleasantly surprised by the bonus points I was offered with my purchase. Professional concrete cutter here with over 20years in my industry, Brought a Weca Dk16 Hand Drill only 3 months old at this time, using it the RCD Failed, so I removed which i had done before, no problems, but then the drill it self failed, so i returned to the store of purchase, Caroline Springs, with the faulty RCD not connected, apparently they classed this as modifying it and charged me $35 to have it inspected, I paid but the got a email telling me i need to replace the Rcd at a cost of $110 before the can test the drill, again is a warranty issue, when i explained the RCD was only taken of to finish the job, they told me my warranty is void for modifying the drill and asked me if i wanted a quote to fix, so will be picking up my faulty drill and take it to my repairer who knows what they are doing.Long story short they don't warranty there products, better spend the extra cash and buy from people who know what they are selling.Will not be spending another cent in any Sydney Tool Store AGAIN would advise others to do the same

I had the Absolute pleasure of experiencing first Class Customer service, in the Caroline Springs store. The Legend that helped me solve my problem is named Chris, & with a quick phone Call he located and set aside a 30 meterJamec pem water hose reel that apparently your sunshine store couldn't procure for 4 weeks.Chris should be commended and Congratulated for setting the standard by which I Hope to enjoy at other storesKind regards George

Back around 2 years ago I bought a Sidchrome roller toolbox, it was on order because they never had one in STOCK.After months of been stuffed around, I told Sydney Tools I've had enough and just want a refund.Suddenly I get a call, they have one in stock, but it had a scratch on the back, but they said they would refund some money.When I went down to the Caroline Springs store and seen it, it had more damage than a scratch on the back, it had dints in it on the front and also small scratches but we agreed on a price.While I was there I also bought some Schumacher battery charges and jump starter.They told me they would also give me a discount on Schumacher gear.This is when i got ripped off.I'm disabled and was in pain and my wife at the time told me to go rest in the car, i hand her my debit card and the guy that had served me said they will load everything into my ute.When i wasn't in the store, they then proceeded to charge me the price we first agreed on for the Sidchrome roller toolbox when there was only supposedly one scratch on the back.Not the new price we agreed too when I seen the rest of the damage that they forgot to mention on phone.With the Schumacher stuff they also charged full price, not the discount they said they would give me for the stuff up and wait on toolbox.I didn't realise this had happened until I seen my bank account over a week later.My ex, still had receipt, which showed what they had done.I called them twice after they told me they needed to talk to salesman and they would get back to me.I'm still waiting.Thanks Sydney Tools.You really take care of your customers.Mark.
