Maylands Perfect Nails

Have been coming here awhile and I already know they are always late but today was a joke. Booked at 11.15 for myself and daughter then proceeded to wait 40 min. They didn’t give my daughter a proper pedicure in the end no nail colour, and then rushed her nails and did not do them properly. While waiting for mine they let 4 other people in and proceeded to do their nails before me. I had spoken to them and they said they won’t be long. I needed to be somewhere and they charged me $65 for a whole 20 min doing my daughters nails. I will not be back!

I’ve been getting my nails done here for 3 years now and I can’t fault it.The ladies are always lovely, fast paced and attentive to detail.Make sure you book ahead to avoid missing out.

The environment is not welcoming and friendly at all, some of the ladies are pleasant enough!!!There is one staff member who is just outright rude, ignores what you have to say RE your treatment even though she has just asked you a question? She dosent listen!Then the staff start to communicate and start laughing in their own language as if they cannot speak English!!! All the while Knowing full well they are talking about you”the costumer”. And you have to sit and be polite! As I’m not rude and would never act in that way.I have gone back many times and have tried to ignore this behaviour because it is convenient.But the final straw was today…. I asked a simple question about other colour polishes and I was barked at and talked down to by this particular rude staff member. As if we weren’t paying customers…no hospitality, no manners, not at all Friendly. To top it all off I have seen them treat many other paying customers the same! It’s a disgraceI will not be going back.

Always friendly and take the time to make my nails perfect l, as well as working fast. You can just walk in but better to book.

The first time I went there six weeks ago, the lady that I dealt with was lovely.Recently I returned, and the lady I dealt with, was full of attitude, surly , did a poor job and basically didn’t seem to want me there. She even tried to stop me from speaking when I was trying to explain what I wanted.Very bad mannered, exceptionally rude person . I left there happy with the result because another lady took over because the first lady was unable to do what I asked. I won’t be returning.

Nails done were far too thick and completely different to what I had asked for. Was a regular until the complete disregard to fix their bad job.
