I make 30min the drive to Cockburn any time I need my hair done. I've never had a bad experience with my natural blonde hair. They give advice when I ask and make me feel at ease when I want to change things up.

Front girl attitude was unwelcoming... the 30+ minute wait sad yet haircut person was amazing person

Was very surprised to be charged 10 AUD more than what I was quoted.I asked for a trim and was told 37aud but then at the desk was charged 47aud.When I mentioned at the pay desk that I was told a trim was 37 aud ,she said well I did more than a trim, I shaped it . Bad business I would call it. It would not happen in the UK that's for sure.Livvy

Went in there looking scruffy with my hair. Came out of there unscruffy. They always laugh at ya jokes and giggle away. Lovely service and stunning looking staff.

I got my haircut yesterday and to say I'm disappointed is an understatement.I have been going here more often in the last year for a trim and have left the last 2 times happy, confident and loving my hair.Yesterday is not one of those times.I ask for a cut to just below my shoulders and no full layering (only so it wouldn't look blunt at the ends)The woman, I don't know her name as she never told me, showed me how much she was to cut and I was happy with that. She then began cutting and cutting more than what we agreed on.Once I asked her to stop taking so much length off she told me she was putting in the layers.She was rough and didn't put much care into it.I told her I didn't want layering throughout as I still need to put it up from time to time, to which she grabbed my hair tightly and held it tightly to the back of my head and said'you still can put it up. it is fine. it will grow eventually'Once finished she took the cape off and left the hair on the cape which flung all throughout my bag.I left nearly in tears due to the roughness on my scalp, the rudeness of the hair stylist and the fact I left with hair I absolutely hate with my wedding hair trial next month.The last two times were great but this has made me decide to not return.

I went it at 4pm to get a full head of foils and one of the ladies was about to turn me away but the “manager” for the day told me to come through. They had 2 girls doing my hair and half way through the “manger” started complaining about working overtime to finish my hair and how she couldn’t turn me away and i was sitting right there i felt so uncomfortable after that. I love how my hair came out, but will not be returning due to how uncomfortable she made me feel. Not to mention she was talking bad about her coworkers the whole entire time. Not impressed leave that stuff to when when the customer is not around.

I don't usually go to hair dressers because I somehow don't end up quite liking my hair after a week or so with the new cut or colour. After a last minute cancellation of my original appointment at another salon, I rushed to Salon Xpress in Cockburn in hopes of a rescue before Christmas. Thank God Shardae was there ready and waiting because my biggest fear was ending up unhappy with the outcome. Shardae done an excellent job at getting the exact colour that I wanted. I am in love. Definitely going back there.

DO NOT USE THIS SALON! Got SCAMMED! Paid $530 for a keratin straightening treatment that took less than an hour and all they did was put a product on my hair, left it for 30 mins, washed it and sent me on my way! Less than an hour in the salon. I have been having this treatment done for years at all different salons and have never dealt with such rude and unprofessional staff. Have tried to call, but staff hang up and laugh at us. Taking this legal now… I would give a negative 5 stars if I could.. save your money and go elsewhere! All other salons offer this service for $350 and the results are amazing.. my hair is still frizzy and dry and the exact same after $530???!
