This builder was engaged to build a duplex of townhouses in Brighton Victoria - build completed 2019. I recently purchased one of the townhouses as a second owner - three years old and full of defects and faults that need to be addressed and accountability taken by builder and associated tradespeople. Roof and roof plumbing issues, water damage, faulty installation of appliances, cracks in exterior walls, tiling problems, cabling access can’t be found so no antenna can be installed….the list is extensive and continues to grow. This shouldn’t be happening and builder is dismissive and won’t address issues. This was an expensive property and this is a joke - the poor workmanship and lack of adherence to regulations is astounding. I get no resolution and the last contact was “maybe you should contact the VBA”. Wow. If you want to end up lodging VBA/DBDRV complaints or filing through VCAT use this builder! Absolutely disgraceful.
