We ordered a 2m x 1.8m size banner that was needed for a conference on the 26th November. The banner arrived with 2 massive creases which made it totally unusable for the purpose for which it was needed. Their solution?To have a new one ready by Tuesday the 1st December. Not one person in this organisation was prepared to budge. Totally useless and unprofessional. And I was called unprofessional for being angry and upset!We found another supplier who actually offered to get it done on the day required.

I recently had a 3m artwork destroyed and had to get it reprinted in a very short time frame. The owner immediately prioritised my artwork and very kindly printed it within the hour. 10/10 recommend this place, not only will you experience amazing customer service but you will be supporting a great business
