These guys designed and installed a custom vinyl cover for my ute canopy, the quality is top notch and I’m loving how my car looks. The guys were also really helpful and were able to do it quickly. I definitely recommend these guys and if I ever need anything like this again I am definitely going back

Mark and his crew are fantastic! I contacted 6 places for a simple job and Mark was the only one who replied. He bent over backwards to get the job done quickly (even special ordering in products) and is definitely well priced. Highly recommend!

If you're like me, you normally choose services with decent reviews, but you're still a bit sceptical until you use the company. Hands down, Blackneedle is the best company I have used ever. I visited Blackneedle to get my headliner redone after a friend took their car for the same reason a few months ago. He had an amazing end product and the customer service was really good.With my ute Mark and his team worked with me the entire way, as I need the car without the headliner to do roof repairs. They slipped me in on the last open day before Christmas to get the headliner reinstalled. His team did an amazing job and even gave me advice on how to tackle some future interior projects. At the end of it all it was done for an extremely good price and all done really quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them in future.

These days customer service is a rarity, more so when the Boss is away. Not the case at Blackneedle. I wholeheartedly declare that Ben (temporary Boss) & his team have given me the best customer service experience I have had for many years.Firstly they answered my call, secondly they explained they were busy but could still accomodate my request that very day. When it was determined the part I provided them from a wreckers was non functional they didn't charge me for the time already spent. Once this part problem was solved, they delivered a first class, faultless job on a Saturday with very little notice.Thoroughly recommend.

Got 2 ss seats and a steering wheel reupholstered, paid for upgraded Italian leather with baseball stitch which was meant to be silver grey, so it doesn't get dirty looking. Got white stitch, loose leather on the base. Wants me to take them back, I am 5 hours away. I cannot afford to spend anymore money, 3 grand is a lot .DISAPPOINTING, I went to the city to get a quality job?? The reply to this message is irrelevant as I am not doing business with them again.
