Would not recommend going through the grooming service. After telling both staff members on numerous occasions that my dog does not like and cope well with smaller dogs, they did nothing to help my dogs situation. Even after noticing that my dog was fretting. Then being asked to leave while my dog was fretting when the groomer was not ready to start on my dog just made the situation worse.When I eventually left after the groomer started on my dog, I sat in the car park and watched as both the groomer and other staff member tended to a sale and left the store whole leaving my dog Unattended. Really poor customer service. As well as ticking on the form and asking for a blow dry and not only not getting one.. but leaving my dog saturated when he was ready". I just wanted to get it of there.Would not recommend and will never go back. For the same price you can get a mobile dog washer and thousand times better service and experience."

The ladies here are absolutely wonderful with such a huge range of knowledge, they had so much patience with all of our questions and their prices are exceedingly reasonable compared to some other pet stores. Their range of products was fantastic with a massive variety. Easy place to find with great parking and a great after care service. I brought 2 dwarf dragons for my boys who are absolutely stoked with them. These ladies have made my boys day and will definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to purchase little creepy crawlers. They also had a vet onsite and a doggy daycarewhich I thought was so cool. A great place with everything in the one vicinity. Thanks Ladies for the awesome experience.

Really well laid out store, with a vet next door. Have taken both our cat and dogs here and they were treated with utmost care. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, and helped us find exactly what we needed.My kids love the cat lounge and the cats seem to love the pats too. If your in the area I highly recommend you check this place out for yourself, they really do cater for any of your pets needs.

Myself and my daughter visited this store to purchase a fighting fish. After seeing the conditions of these fish we decided to walk out empty handed even though they had this gorgeous pink elephant eared boy I really wanted. The tanks looked as though they hadn’t been cleaned for a while, and the display tanks weren’t filtered. One fighter was dead and several had obvious fin rot. The rest were dull and slow, except for that gorgeous boy that we left without because of the disgusting state of the rest of the fish. Very disappointed!

Always the most friendly helpful staff. They take the time to explain and only want the best for any pet. Will always have my business. They do wonderful things in their adoption service. Have a excellent screening process to make sure all animals find their perfect forever homes.

It didn't feel right in there regarding the cat and dog enclosures... was not allowed to enter the cat enclosure even though I wanted to adopt... overcrowded in dog area with no stimulation (toys/treats) in there for them just a bed and water bowl...However, they could have been simply overcrowded and understaffed at the time of my visits (only twice). It is good of them to be helping adoption from an animal rescue organisation. Their reptile/spider room was impressive.There was a lady (not the young girl) that could really improve her customer service as she was not very nice at all but at least she was knowledgeable.

A very clean pet store with a lot of variety. I was really happy with the conditions of their fish and especially their bettas, which were in small tanks but not cups, with clean water and a plant to themselves. They have an adorable chicken walking around the store called Elvis who you can walk up to and pet.They also rescue pets and I adopted 1 blue hooded rat from them called Rupert, and a staff member gave me him and a cage for $50 and helped me pick out food and toys, etc.Overall, a great family business and one I will keep coming back too.

This family business is awesome. Very knowledgeable and good friendly nature to animals. Customer service is exceptional. They rescue pets and have them vet checked etc and help find them their forever homes. Their grooming and hydrobath service and products are reasonable.

I've been to this shop many times and the animals always seem happy and well kept. One of the best things about the place is how they only have dogs and cats gotten through rescue for adoption instead of simply 'selling' puppies and kittens. The reptile room has only ever of the best features I've seen in any shop and the staff that I have spoken to about reptiles have seemed to know their stuff. My kids also enjoyed seeing the animals in the shop including the ship chicken and the chickens outside. We will definitely be going back :-)
