Called the store to see if they had an item in stock was told definitely yes. Get to the store and its space is empty. Clearly the team didn't care enough to actually go and look but just checked the SOH count on their scanner which was obviously incorrect. Very disappointed in all Big W stores in townsville lately.

A Big W mostly the same as at Castletown and Willows. I would go to others as Stockland is dated as a centre and car parking is interesting

Horrible, Horrible customer service today 17 Feb 2023 Big W Aitkenvale stocklands , particularly by a mature aged employee working as a greeter and security person at the entrance , she has refused me and my wife use of trolleys even after purchasing $200 worth of items and i even tried explaining that my wife has had a back problems and is struggling to walk let alone carry bags. We pleaded twice but to no avail. A horrible employee with no sense of customer service .Paying customers should not be restricted access to trolleys for reasons that is not our fault like having limited trolleys because they have not yet retrieved trolleys from the carparks .

We always seem to pop into this big w when in the area, has a great range And variety that the other stores don't have, love the undercover parking making it easy to get into and out off, the staff are very nice and friendly and always keen to help in any way possible that we are trying to find which makes for a great shopping experience everytime.
