Love taking our dogs here. Love getting daily updates on how they're doing. Very understanding and accommodating with health needs. And they always come home SO soft and clean.

The Team at Barambah Retreat really look after the Animals they care for as well as the Pet owners. Love getting a daily update for Diesel And Foxy.Our two really do seem to love being pampered also the retreat ensures all shots are up to date.Well done guys keep up the great service.

Had ever used this pet retreat until last weekend. My little dog went in there with trepidation but came out as happy as Larry! She had been beautifully groomed and washed. Staff extremely welcoming and refreshingly received updates on how my pooch was going. Just fantastic!

They looked after our beautiful little Pepper today while we attend a family function I can’t thank you enough for the wonderful care you took of Pepper When we picked her up she smell so good and she didn’t seem stressed at all ( she has severe separation anxiety) I wish we had more caring people like you guys in our neck of the woods we really appreciate everything you did for our little fur baby Thank you from the bottom of our hearts

What an amazing experience. We left our dog here while we went away for a few days. Our dog was in good hands. We never had to worry at any stage, with constant updates to how she was going. When we picked her up, she was happy and smelt like a beauty parlour. Thank you from us and Pepper.

I put my dog Harley in their care for 5 days n my sister put her dog Roxy as well they both came out thirsty hungry and my dog was sick. Had to take her to vet and is now on antibiotics and scourban. I was never allowed to look through the facility to see we’re they would be sleeping even though we asked several times. I asked them to put her bed and toys with her and to put the two dogs together. The bedding came back super clean no hair so I know they lied to us. I would never go there again. Very angry and disappointed at the negligence.
