I owned a property in Narrandera for several years with Narrandera Real Estate being the property mangers. Never had a problem and it was managed well. Until QPL bought the business and took over.In short, it was easier to sell my house than it was to deal with QPL. The property management team were always out. No one answered my questions and no one took responsibility for finding out who caused damaged to the kitchen.One of the owners dismissed me via email. She couldn’t even call to speak with me.This company is too busy trying to figure out 21 century technology than actually practicing old fashion service. Your property isn’t apart of their Monopoly game.The two star rating was only because Leisa who originally sold me the house years before was the same agent who helped me sell and get away from QPL. She’s the best if you’re looking for a great agent.
