Incorrectly installed dashcam on a Kia Sportage causing a major fault where the engine woudlnt turn off. Airbag safety was compromised due to the way the wiring was run. While they organised someone to come out and rewire the camera, management did not return any phone calls or emails about the matter or when trying to get compensation for labour charges I incurred at the dealership who had to diagnose the issue

Harrison from AutoXtreme was so helpful when I had an issue with my cameras. After looking at the issue, Harrison replaced both cameras and ensured the setting were all correct. He also took the time to show me how to use the app to download any vision. Harrison was a true professional on the phone and in person. Thank you for your help!

I had some issues with my BlackVue car cameras and their representative Michael Bartlett telephoned and made a time to come to my house. All was fixed quickly and I must mention that Michael was extremely knowledgeable , very patient and overall brilliant at his job. I was extremely impressed in both the company and Michael and would definitely recommend with a 5 star rating. Well done !!!

I have to say this is most likely the worst experience I have had with any business in my entire life.Booked in our work vehicles to install dash cams for one car and alarms for two cars (all in one day) as we were told it would not take more than a day to complete. We didn't choose this business as it was something our car dealer organised when we purchased our new work car.On the first day, the tech called to confirm in the morning to say he was on his way and asked if we were given a time of arrival. Add question to ask but at least they called to say they're on the way. An hour later the same tech called to cancel due to unforseen personal circumstances so it is what it is. Called to speak to the manager Jason and unfortunately to us no one is available and it has to be booked for another time. No apologies and any sort of compensation offered by Jason, even though we had to put our team on a paid day leave (reschedule jobs, meant lost wages and sales) to get this done.Day before the 1st return, I called to confirm our booking and a lady from the Victoria branch answered and confirmed our booking. I stressed to the lady and previously with Jason that I have business meetings to attend so please make sure the tech arrives on time so I can at least take one of the vehicles when it's done. The lady assured me that the tech should" arrive between 7.30am-8.30am. Day two arrives and after multiple phone calls from 8.30am

My Blackvue camera stopped working.I came to see the team at AutoXtreme.Wow, these guys are simply amazing,had my camera up and running again in around 10 minutes.Wouldn't go anywhere else, the service was fantastic. Couldn't meet two nicer guys, so lovely, professional and where there for me 110%. Keep up the excellent work, and thank you so much.Would of given more that 5 stars if I could.

I've recently had dashcam installed on my new car at the dealership through AutoXtreme Electronics which I understand is a third party seperate to the dealership itself. This is why i won't name and shame them, not totally their fault. I was given the wrong cheaper version Blackvue dashcam used on their fleet/loan cars to begin with which, then I had to make contact through the car dealership to get it swapped with the correct dashcam I had purchased. AutoXtreme had recently replaced it conveniently at my home. That I wasn't necessarily upset by however, I'm quite upset now since upon replacement the tint had been damaged in and around the rear camera area from replacing the dashcam. I could see it was a rushed job to replace and no care was taken to ensure there wouldn't be any damage to the car. I was there to witness the guy replacing the dashcam. I've had to again contact my dealership to now get the tint fixed. Not a happy customer at all.
