Recently purchased some new fans to put throughout the house. The staff were great and helped me select the right fans for what I needed. They didn’t have enough stock in store of one of the fans I needed so they organise with another store nearby for me to stop by and collect from there. Great customer service!!

Came in store with a bunch of questions on a range of products and was met with the friendliest and helpful staff. Gemma in particular went above and beyond chasing down a query and emailing me the answer. I wish all stores had staff that were this approachable and happy to help.

Price was good for my fan light but was not told to use Beacon electrians and that would give me an extra 1yr warranty. My warranty ran out in winter now that it is warming it isn't operating properly. And sort can't get fixed.

Service was efficient and helpful. Most fans were physically on display but only a few connected and operational for actual operational demonstration.

Ordered some fan blades in December last year, payed up front, heard nothing back.. When I chased it up in April, was told that I already collected them. Luckily they had another set ‘out the back’. When I voiced my concern at what had occurred, staff were dismissive and didn’t give a stuff. Will not be shopping there again. If that’s what they think of as good customer service, would hate see the bad.
