Nice store good products

Purchase most of my groceries here but not all as they don't stock them. Prices are really good and the variety of products is increasing. Good quality products. Still a case of buy it now if you see something you like. Special buys can be frustrating eg. furniture is too heavy for me to lift and get it home and I live very close to the store. Fruit and vegies are hit and miss. Store is always clean and the majority of staff are very friendly. I really like this store.

Love being started at and watched while I'm waiting in the alcohol line. And then even though there is another four people in front of me, still being watched the whole time until I'm close enough to be asked for ID and a bag check but the other people In front of me didn't get a bag check. Funny. Thanks for making me feel uncomfortable everytime I come into your store. You use to have really nice staff that would remember me so they only had to ask me for ID a couple of times but then obviously didn't need to because I've been shopping there for 3 years! They use to make conversation and always smile. You guys lost all that when you hired a passive aggressive manager. Well done.

Quiet but I like that and even when it got busy no one disturbed anyone. Just trying to get my families shopping and get out. A melee and chaos in this ridiculous atmosphere of fear is putting a lot of people out. Think before you go overboard and buy what you need, you won't starve.

Disappointed with customer service staff. My partner is on crutches and was unable to put items in the trolley. So my daughter helped and put items in the trolley. One staff of Aldi stated that because our daughter put an item in the trolley, my partner was told she couldn’t purchase the item even though she was on crutches and was unable to carry or put items in the trolley. I would not recommend going here if staff cannot be reasonable and helpful.

unforgettable experience of the cashier, I bought something around 11:30 pm, she was really really good service and polite. I have never met such a polite staff, including other band shop, for example coles , woolworth, iga....

I love their special deals and the times that they have them.

This was a different scenario this week with lockdown hitting. Everyone was just chilling and the staff did so well with the amount off people queued in the shop to get supplies. Well done guys.I even had other customers offer bags to me. It was great.

The good thing about Aldi is you get through quiet quickly and they make sure you don't dordal however it's becoming quiet a common occurrence that one checkout is open even when 5 people are cued. On this particular day no one was called to assist and the man on the check out was not overly friendly too busy turning my trolley the way he wanted it no hello kiss your butt nothing. Scanned my items quickly whilst I packed just as quick no asking cash or card I held my card up and said card and then was in a very monotone voice he said catalogue and that was it. Not that I mind this minimal conversation but the waiting yes as most of us had a fair amount of shopping and I feel sorry for people whom this gentleman serve as he may be the only person they have a physical interaction/conversation with in a fortnight. Store is clean and well stocked but dates on perishables need to be checked closer as I have picked up coleslaw and cream that expired the previous day
