We have been living in our Stroud built home for about 4 months now and couldn't be happier! Caleb was so great to deal with, and made the design and planning a dream. Trevor on-site made pretty much everything run on time and we couldn't be happier with the communication and end product.This is a small builder you want to work with! Compared to everyone in the estate, our home was built quicker and with no drama. I don't know why you wouldn't give them a call if you are looking to build!!

Stroud Casey have surpassed our expectations in so many ways and they deserve more than 5 stars. We approached them with what we thought was a complicated build due to the number of changes / modifications that we wanted but nothing was too hard for them. Ally helped guide us through our colour selections and design phase with some amazing suggestions. We have found both Ally and Andrew to be extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable as well as very approachable, available and compassionate. Our build has commenced and Andrew makes himself very available for any questions we have and provides us with regular updates (including videos and photos!!). We are so excited to see the progress and our dream home taking shape.

We initially thought they were great. They talked the talk but when it all came to fruition they had NFI!! That is putting it politely!They are disorganised, slow and after 12mths of finishing our build we are still having issues which have taken months to repair. Now we are coming up to the 12mth check but not all of the original defects have been completed!All I can advise is keep ALL correspondence, because it saved us being royally ripped off.

Caleb and the team have done an awesome job on our new home. They really made us feel like part of the family and assisted us through every aspect of the build. They have built an amazing home for us. We had next to no repairs to be done before or after Handover. You guys are awesome. Thank you for everything.

My husband and I have the architectural drawing for a town house and an approved town planning permit in Narre Warren. We were looking for a reliable boutique builder and contacted Stroud Homes Casey a few months. It has been a very pleasant experience. We feel very comfortable with Caleb and Cathy, as they are very relatable and sincere. Although we have not signed the building contract yet, a lot of time have been spent by them in providing and updating the quotes. We have also met a few times face to face in their office, one occasion with the daughter joining us using skype. Communication was also made over the phone and via emails. Our queries are being addressed and attended to in details.

3 attempts to get a call back... Once left a message on their page service, another two times left a voicemail with my contact info. No return contact. Very disappointed.
