KFC just does NOT cut it for fresh take away food anymore...Probably not the staff fault..However it is bad as the major burger chains.Slopped together in the most unappealing way.Tried it again for the 1st time in 3 years.Just as disappointing as last time.

Ordered a 21 piece pack, asked for mainly thighs and dummies, ended up with 9 wings, tiny dry breast and rib pieces, only got 2 thighs and 2 drummies. All small pieces, very disappointed again.

Worst KFC chicken I ever bought so dry, like it was setting in the oven for two days.If ever I buy chicken from there again i will make sure to open the box before I go home. That's if I go back again...

Very bad experience, I ordered family feast using drive through service. Chickens were over cooked and dry like eating cardboard soaked in oil. Instead of 10 pieces i only got 9 pieces. I asked for the receipt for my bills and the guy at the window said machine is not working

Waited over 15 mins for our order today. Seemed busy with drive throughs nd online orders so I can understand the wait. However my burger was cold when I finally got it. Went back to counter (we were dining in) to have another made fresh and had to wait 5 mins for someone to even acknowledge me. Horrible service, not even a sorry from the staff for the wait or that the food was cold when I got it. Could not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs. Only gave 1 star because they won't let me give any less.

Terrible, worst kfc by far. Gave me small wicked wings pieces instead of normal pieces plus only got 5 pieces instead of the 8 I ordered. Don't go there!

One of Worst KFC I been today around 8pm, Shitest and Tiny peace of chicken in my ultimate box, No potato gravey, no napkins. Chicken fried in old greasey black oil. Internal sitting was closed and external was so slippery to walk on and No it wasn't just clean, staff was waiting for us to leave so they can mop outside.

Sick and tired of the long wait times in drive through. Last week 40 mins, two nights later 30mins. Tonight 15 mins. It's not like they were busy. There is no acknowledgement, that I had to wait so long, no apologies. The staff member just says ' here's your order'. The order is no longer repeated to make sure that it's correct. I gave one star because the order was correct, which doesn't happen too often. Extremely disappointed in KFC Loganholme.

Decided to grab a zinger combo meal and I must say, you can't complain about the quality of the meal because there was none. I was very disappointed to say the least It was all but inedible and ended up throwing it out. KFC Loganholme you really are doing your brand a disservice
