Tammi you are the most rudest receptionist i have ever come across. I had a referral to see a doctor at the clinic and she refused to make me an appointment when i have been to the clinic several times before. Im disgusted and hope you get your own one day.

Gateway Plaza is a fantastic bulk billing medical clinic that provides a great service for all people. All of the staff are friendly, respectful and extremely helpful despite being very busy. They provide excellent medical care and I have great faith in their ability to provide me quality medical advice.

Old Female receptionist lady is the rudest receptionist i have ever come across in the medical field. The way she speaks to people is appalling. I honestly cant believe they would continue having her as a staff member speaking to unwell people the way she does

I can't fault Dr Santosh,we have been under his care for years now and he has always been very thorough with us both.very grateful that we are lucky to have him here. I've read reviews on the reception staff. I disagree, always find them professional.

So called manger (Tammy) is rude.Very greedy.they make mistake and blame visitors for it.Very had to get appointments then have to go through there mess up.Better to go to diffrent medical centre.

Excellent Doctors and nurse. Dr Asim is phenomenal - she is very caring, attentive and thorough. She is particularly great with mental health, women's health and children. The nurse was excellent with my baby's vaccinations and Luke the receptionist is always so caring, helpful and kind.

Finally I am sharing this situation. I went into the clinic with my mother-in-law who was in rapid atrial fibrillation. She needed urgent care. . They refused to help and wouldn't even ring an ambulance. Deplorable !!!!

My appointment was made 3 weeks in advance as I wanted to wait to see a female Dr. First appointment was canceled on the day with less than an hour notice.Re scheduled only to have appointment canceled again, with no alternative for the same day. Was told the doctor was working at a completely different clinic on this day - if you commit to clients on a certain day you should honour it.Now after a month I have to find a new clinic during the busiest time of the year.

unnecessarily rude. Tried to make an appointment, was told- 'go back to the clinic you came from because we're not taking new patients'. Went to this clinic a couple of years back so wasn't even technically 'new'. uncalled for
