Sweet Indulgence
I have shopped at Sweet Indulgance for over 20 years. Last time I went, the service was appaling. I have never been treated so poorly by sales assistant. Firstly I was called rude that I interrapt when she speak etc. I had a big order for a birthday party and have decided to go ahead against my inside voice telling me to leave the place immidiately. I have left the shop shocked, so was my husband. After half an hour I have decided to cancell my order and have made a phone call. The lady that picked the phone was the same one that has served me. When I asked for the manager she has claimed that she was the one and simply hang up on me. I will not come back.

First time Cake buyer, first time review, forever customer!I have never purchased a cake before today, was told i didn't give them enough time to order a custom cake, (which is fine), but the quality of the cake I got off the wholesale menu was amazing! was really disappointed in myself for not allowing myself enough time to organize a custom cake, but I am so happy with the outcome. Very disappointed with my purchase today, 3 mini mixed berry cheese cakes and 3 mini lemon meringuesCheese cake dry as anything and lemon meringue well the bottom was ok but the meringue hard as a rock none of us could eat it binned the lot and in the past the meringue was so soft glossy and gooeyI won’t be rushing back

Very unprofessional. We ordered our wedding cake and set a day and time for pick up. We arrived earlier and the shop was closed. An hour before business hour closing. Cannot be reached and never responded at all. Very disappointed and stressed over this.
