If your going to choose an electrician make sure that you can communicate with them without out being disrespected. Pulse electric has a really good team behind them that will walk you through the process of dealing with electrical retailers. They are patient and understand that this process is new to you. I had a fairly complex application process to achieve what I needed too ….the pulse team kept me up to date with what was going on with the electricity retailer. They handled everything professionally they always returned my calls and explained the process. I’ll be using these guy’s for years to come .

Definitely did not hold up to their motto.Awful experience x3!1st time I ask to reschedule to later in the day, they were great about it and gave me a new time bracket of 2 hours on the day that they will be attending.No one turns up or contacts me, so I ring the office and was told that they *think* the electrician is just running a little behind. I informed them we will have to reschedule then.2nd time I am called the day before to be informed that some employees are sick so they need to reschedule, I was a little frustrated due to the first experience but okay, so they reschedule from the start of the week to the end.3rd time no one turns up with no communication again. These are 2 hour brackets I have been given. So I call up the office again and they say that their notes say the person DID attend 2 hours EARLIER than the booked time. I said no one has been here or contacted me in any capacity. They say the notes say they spoke to the resident. I said that's incorrect. She then asks if anyone else has been home. I understand it's a standard question but at the point I've said TWICE that nothing has happened, I have pretty much confirmed it and I am feeling agitated. I said no one has been home except me. She then says they had access to the property to once again I have to say No they didn't! I have been home all day. The amount of clarification I had to give was frustrating. I don't love saying over 4 times that they are wrong. Only after 5th time she says how it must've been the wrong address even though the system has the right address.... How.. How was this not realised before? She then says I have to wait until next week... So this has been a 2-3 week process at this point.I am beyond frustrated and hope to never encounter this company again. As one-off experiences they aren't that bad but cumulative and in a row it's ridiculous.Perhaps they are knowledgeable (not that I would know) but they stuff you around and do not have great customer service skills.EDIT: A little annoying to hear 'miscommunication' as the acknowledgement. I'm not sure if it's a difference in opinion of the word but to me it implies communication was made but inadequate. TWICE no one showed up with no word. I'd only say the communication that was delivered being inadequate when your receptionist debated with me that your contractor came and fixed it and spoke with me.

Have used Pulse Electrical for many years. Their staff starting at reception through to installation are very professional, prompt, courteous always on time, efficient, knowledgeable and tidy.Recommend them highly for residential and commercial work.

Fantastic service when responding to our electrical emergency. After ringing a number of service with a guaranteed 30min response time, and having no luck in responding on the day, we had an electrician to our home within 2hrs. Very happy with their response time and their eagerness to help. Highly recommend!

Had them booked through to clean my air conditioners as we have a newborn in the house and didnt want to be blowing anything dirty into the rooms. Didn't even show for the first appointment, called them up and was told there was an emergency, re-booked for a week later and didnt show up again told another emergency. Have gone through to change contract with a different company as i cant afford to keep taking time off for no shows.

Pulse Electrical came out recently to supply/install aircon and also to supply/install interconnected smoke alarms at my house.I was extremely impressed with their level of professionalism and courteousness. It didn't feel like I had 'tradies' in my house at all.They were fast, the work is spotless, and they left the house as if they'd never been there. Would thoroughly recommend.
