Ricky and his team recently helped us move our belongings from two separate storage locations into our new home. They were punctual and handled all our items with complete care. Their friendly and professional service made our move effortless and for these reasons I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to move!

DO NOT RECOMMEND ! My mum went through them when moving houses a few months back and they broke her TV and after initially taking the blame and agreeing to fix the tv/reimburse her they have done a complete back flip and have decided it is no longer their problem as apparently insurance won’t cover it. So now my mum has no money for it and they STILL have her broken TV and are not communicating. Avoid this company !!

HGSW Removals have completed two removals for me. They were responsive and timely, provided a quote which was extremely fair, turned up on time, actually they were early and delivered a service that was unparalleled. I had heavy furniture and a lot of it, as well as many delicate and treasured pieces, and they moved everything with the utmost care. They got in and got the job done with no fuss, going above and beyond to assist me. They were experienced and polite, even moving a couple of things a second time for me when I changed my mind. Completely accommodating of all my needs. A great business to work with, thank you HGSW for making a very stressful time much more pleasant! You will be my ‘go to’ every time. I have highly recommend you already to my family and friends. :) ***** Five star no doubt!!

DO NOT HIRE. They damaged my TV , came to pick it up from my home and said not to worry the insurance would cover it, months have passed and they said that a report said it couldn't be fixed, they claim the insurance rejected them, I asked for reports and proof but so far I have no TV ,no reports and no compensation for damages that they accepted at first as their fault but now backed out.

Rick and his team were great to deal with, no item was too difficult to move and everything was handled with great care. No hesitation in recommending them, great service.

Extremely professional and capable. Nothing was too much trouble and although some aspects of the move were difficult including narrow stairs and awkward sized items the move was managed with good grace and great care. No hesitation in recommending this company.

KEEP AWAY FROM THEM. They damaged in the move an electrical, took it away for repair, said it couldn't be repaired but the insurance covered it. Later said their insurance rejected their claim. I asked for proof of the repair report and claims but got no reply. They were hired because they had insurance and now want to back out saying I didn't pay extra when it was clear from the start that this was included and why I hired them. Months later they still have my electrical and no compensation.

They where great on the day. Then a day later I noticed a rip in my sofa. It took me a couple of days to send a picture to them as life was crazy. Then having heard nothing from them I called Rick. He got defensive immediately telling me if it was his guys I would have seen it straight away and denying any responsibility. I would have let it go if he had been nice about it but he was really nasty straight up. So very good removalists but horrible after care.

Rick and his team were terrific- they assisted me with a local move, picking up and unpacking on the same day. They treated my house and belongings with great care and were very efficient. It was a calm and smooth process, no stress. Highly recommended!
