I have been attending Optimal Health since it first opened. I view chiropractic care as an essential part of my preventative healthcare and will continue to do so combined with other things including diet and exercise to keep my body active and healthy for as long as possible.

Regular visits to Optimal Health Chiropractic for myself, my wife and my 4 year old daughter plays an essential part in maintaining a healthy and happy life for our family. I highly recommend Dr. Nick and Optional Health Chiropractic. I had a bulging disc in my neck that was extremely painful in 2015. My right fingers were numb, and I couldn't sit down or exercise. My life had been turned upside down. I saw a neurologist who said I was too young to operate on and couldn't help me. A friend referred me to Dr. Nick, who over time helped me repair the discs in my neck. I now have no pain in my neck, and I have feeling in my fingers again. Additionally, my X-rays showed that my hips were twisted, which would have caused significant pain if i fell pregnant. However, Dr. Nick was able to align my hips perfectly. I am still a regular client and highly recommend him to anyone in need of chiropractic care. I do to my family and friends.
