Concerns on data privacy policy as after I emailed my identification documents I started receiving notifications of a failed forward of the email that was then addressed to a private Gmail account. I emailed admin and haven't had any response on the issue.

I am left sitting at the pick up location without acsess to the app due it having a fault. I can't ring through to your service line as it won't connect. I'm moving house today. Your lack of communication on an issue is extremely frustrating. I understand things happen but you have to communicate.

Booked a cage back Hilux, no issues with the vehicle however the process of hiring is time consuming and difficult as the mobile app doesn't work properly. Overseas call centre only adds to the problem. The bond refund takes between 3 to 10 business days, absolutely ridiculous, quick to take your money and very slow to return it! Better off using a conventional hire company. EDIT: they'll blame the user for the apps problems!
