Absolutely amazing stAff! Great looking people, very approachable! Every staff member smelt great and had very well ironed clothes... except for the ghost in the corner on her phone, she was in the way many times as I did not see her!

Wow what great customer service. It’s something you don’t get in any shop these days. Sinead at Miranda was so helpful, nothing was a problem for her. She got all the sizes I needed and she really went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Not to mention her big friendly smile. Even when it was incredibly busy (after Sydney reopened from the 3 month lockdown), the young woman who served me was patient and understanding with the return process of clothes I had accumulated over the lockdown. The store's a little cramped but it just means that they have a lot of awesome clothes.

The manager here today needs to learn not to talk to customers like they are children & learn customer service.Also, wearing a tiny bikini top not covering much of her chest, with low jeans isn't a very good look for a manager or sales person in a store. Leave it for the beach!

Great funky exterior and interior. Well organised. The only thing was staff did not greet nor offer help. But products were great and look of store was awesome! A lil pricey though.
