Really good service.Great tasting coffee.The casear salad was amazing, fresh ingredients, chicken was cooked to perfection, perfect amount of dressing and even came with anchovies. One of the best tasting salads I have had.

This was one of the best experiences at Coffee Club. The service was AMAZING. Friendly and very prompt in how the busyness of the time was managed. A very good visit, that we visited again prior to leaving town. If only our own Coffee club was as good!!!Thank you to the lovely hostess at the cafe for the great experience of Mackay!!!

What can you say about coffee club that hasn't been said? Great food great service friendly and helpful staff, I love coffee club and visit when ever I can having said that the Mackay Coffee Club rates as one of the best I've visited its as busy as the Brisbane international airport coffee club but the staff give so much more with friendly and caring service... On our last visit the girls bought out paper and colouring pencils for our 5y/o daughter then made time to check out her picture... Add service to the reliable top quality meals and drinks, you have a winning combination...

TCC has a bit of a reputation for being a bit overcommitted in their service, often resulting in delays getting food and coffee out.Whilst this is definitely down to the time of day that you visit, the Mackay branch seems to have it organised well.Food was good, and dining in was available for both inside and outside, all adequately spaced for COVID requirements.Good food and great service.

I only ordered a chicken toastie and cappuccino.Good service, food was nice, the place was tidy and wasn't badly priced.Would definitely recommend

My food was fine the problem was my partners when it was delivered we came to see a frappe that was half melted and gross cream on top as well as feta that seemed very gross and hard, eggs that are made wrong and raw salmon on a big breakfast everything looks so disgusting. I understand that coffee club gets busy but as someone who works in this industry they should have better standards.

21st August 2022 2/5I have been to this coffee club countless times over the last few months and I've always had an excellent experience.Today however was the complete opposite. The customer service was shocking. I got the fable meaty mushroom flat grill, as always and it was awful. There was no mayo present which is listed on the menu, it was dry, the flat grill was barely filled and the fable meat itself was so flavourless. I also asked for avocado instead of the listed cherry tomato on the flat grill and I honestly shouldn't of bothered. There was miniscule amounts of smashed avocado.I went to one of the servers to mention that there was no mayo on my flat grill and I honestly feel sorry for her because the attitude the chef gave her when she asked for me was appalling. I ended up complaining to the chef myself (the lady with the red hair) and I received the same attitude. I complained that the meal was dry and it didn't have the mayo on it like the menu says. She ended up giving me a side dish of vegan mayo for it.The other two people I dined with had a similar experience. Both their flat grills were dry and underfilled. It seems like they had no effort in their meals today. I'm just disappointed because every other time I have dined here the flat grills have been saucy, loaded and flavourful.We went to pay for the meal and the lady at the counter was also rude. She didn't ask how our meals were and when we told her she didn't seem to care. She said the head chef made the flat grills today...I felt more shocked and disappointed knowing that. They were awful.This experience has seriously ruined what I thought of this place and I won't be returning.April 2022 5/5I've been here twice in two weeks to get the limited edition Fable Meaty Mushroom Flat Grill as it is the only vegan option on the menu. I swapped out the tomato for avocado which was no additonal charge and I reckon I got half an avocado both times I ordered this! Incredible.The flat grill was loaded with mushroom meat and all the flavours were delicious!The side salad was a great accompaniment to this.I also had a chai latte which was the perfect drinking temperature when it got to the table!!I dined in today again and added chips and vegan mayo which I can highly recommend. The chips were super flavourful and perfectly cooked which paired very well with the vegan mayo and flat grill.Please make this a regular menu item!Great service with friendly and attentive staff.

Two of us Sat at a table for brunch. 9 minutes went by no menus. Had to get them my self. Ordered Collie flower and chic pea salad with extra chicken and flat bread with salad. On arrival of my collie flower salad, I noticed no COLLIEFLOWER AND CHIC PEAS. On return with right meal no Apology. Very disappointing overall. ( wood st coffee club)
