Help On The Way
Kate and the team at Help On The Way were so wonderful to deal with - they provided 4 helpers for my boss's son's birthday party and they were a god send. Punctual and helpful and left the house spotless. My very fussy boss was ultra impressed. Kate's communication was excellent along the way too. Thanks so much!

Help On The Way
Very poor customer service with late email replies. The company is yet to return any of my phone calls, despite leaving voice messages. The only lady I spoke to was lovely, but did not follow through with any information or emails. If this is how they treat a new customer, I hate to imagine the service they provide to existing customers. I'll never know, I have found a different company to provide nanny services.
