We engaged Jubilee to renovate our one story 3x1 into a double story 4x3 and cant recommend them enough. It was a complete renovation from top to toe and they handled everything from start to finish. You wouldn't even recognise the original house, it looked like a brand new build. Very good value compared to larger Builders like Summit or Dale Alcock. All queries were responded to promptly and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Jubilee was recommended to me by my buyers agent. My experience with Joe(Managing director) and Jubilee was a very positive one. This was my first ever house to buy/build, so needless to say I was very nervous about it all. Jubilee were very professional throughout the whole process and they listened to what I wanted throughout the design phase, and were very accommodating during the build. Joe was my main point of contact and anytime I had a question or query, he would take my call or would get back to me quickly. Once the handover happened, the company has been quick to organise and rectify any of the little things that needed to be fixed.Based on my experience, I would happily recommend Jubilee to other people, and I would gladly use the company again.

Quality workman ship and professionalism.The experience from start to finish was an absolute pleasure. From the first time we met with Jubilee Home Builders it was a professional and friendly relationship. The communication from start to finish was always there, Joe (Managing Director) was always available for a phone call, always returned calls and responded to emails within 24hrs. We are most happy with the great workmanship, the quality of the house overall and the timely handling of all defects (all minor) post hand over. Joe was very professional and responsive to any of my queries, which were many. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the high quality of the work has resulted in the receipt of a forever home that is truly beautiful. I was extremely impressed that even with the protracted and very difficult constraints in the industry, the build was completed in an only slightly extended timeframe from the original projection. Jubilee Home Builders helped us turn our 3x1 into a 4x2 home in Bayswater WA. The following was the main scope, with additional minor items added on later:- New bedroom and ensuite bathroom- Removal of internal wall to create open plan living/diningCommunication was excellent throughout, and they work with a great range of tradies.Joe, the director, is responsive, reliable, has good ideas, and was great to work with. Jon, the building supervisor, is very experienced and hands-on.Renovations (compared to new-builds) can have difficulties. Additionally, it is a challenging time for the building industry, where delays are to be expected. We are happy with how Joe worked with us to find solutions whenever something popped up.We would gladly recommend Joe and Jubilee Home Builders for anyone looking for a job well done.

Jubilee Home Builders have just completed a new home build for me, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process. The director Joe, was my sole point of contact, he was responsive to all my queries and was highly organized.The project was a subdivide, build, and retain development. Jubilee handled everything from the council division approval, to setting the timers on the reticulation service.
