Ride Electric - E-Bikes & E-Scooters - Brisbane

I visited here a while ago for a tire change. However, I heard that it takes two weeks to change the tire, so the employee suggested to buy the tire tube and replace it myself. I asked the staff again if it was really easy to do it in person. She told me it was easy and I had a hard time dragging my electric scooter home. I've tried changing the tires over and over again, but I can never do this at home. I still can't use the scooter.

I took my zero10x here after having a pretty discouraging experience at a shop elsewhere and these guys were fantastic, the process they take, updates via text when they start work, I received a call to ask if I'd like them to fix a few smaller issues they encountered which was great and it was Effiecient. The turn around was within the same day that they started the work also. Couldn't be happier.

Just gotta feel sorry for the guys who work in this shop under totally absent and out of touch management. Tried to buy a scooter. However, the female manager/owner on the phone to the staff made it so difficult for me to test ride (even offered to pay full price of scooter on card) that the only option was to go to Scooter City at Milton. While there I picked up a an awesome Raptor for under $2k.The staff tried, so no reflection on them, but the current business model does not work at RideElectric.

I saw this new shop and thought I would give them a go. I'm not impressed with their lack of communication. I took my scooter in for two flat tyres - one which was just a slow leak. I received a text that scooter was ready so I went down for pick up. Repairs totalled $200 for a scooter worth $250. They replaced an entire tyre with an inferior solid tyre because they didn't have any other stock. Labour was $70/hr after I had been verbally quoted $60. Two hours for two tyres and they have all the gear which should make for a quick job.Better off putting it in airtasker. I wish they had communicated all my options rather than just text that it was ready for pickup and leave me no option but to pay for things I didn't want.

We drove over 2 hours to come to the store, to purchase a scooter. Honestly had the best overall experience at here. Ben was so knowledgeable and a such a great help. We will definitely be back again to purchase another scooter in the future.

Absolute banger service. Staff was attentive and very knowledgeable of not just the technical details, but also the user experience. Ride Electric has left a strong and unforgettable experience for me as someone who is just starting as a new owner of a Vsett 8 scooter!

Quick, affordable and excellent customer service! I brought my scooter in to replace the breaks and was expecting a 1 week turnaround (at best) based on the other scooter service stores... They had my scooter ready the same afternoon and gave me a discount because it was less labour than expected.So glad to deal with ADULTS rather than the children that run the other places...Definitely will not hesitate to go back to them for any repairs.
