The Nambour Store has been closed since before Christmas yet the website shows it is open!I have now gone there 3times for service, all wasted trips.This is not professional nor businesslike and I am now informed by another Attune Store that it will be closed for 3 months.Is it too much to expect the website to be updated?

The staff were friendly, helpful and understanding which is all I could ask for. I won't be going anywhere else other than Attune Hearing for any future hearing problems. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Nambour branch Never answer their phones and when you actually manage to get through the receptionist is rude as hell. She needs some training in customer service and how to answer a phone.

What a lovely place with lovely, friendly staff and I was EXCEPTIONALLY impressed with the service by both the lovely receptionist ladies and then by the very friendly lady checking my son's ears! Thank you :)
