First time in there this morning.They have an exceptional selection of local and international products. While it's not the cheapest place to shop, the quality is evident with some interesting finds.I would recommend it to the not so price sensitive fossickers and weekly shoppers if you're after something a little different and can appreciate the quality and range of the products

Quick question. I have been a customer for so long, I have to ask; is there anyone in charge at this store? Why do I continue to shop here three days out of the week, when it’s obvious no one is running the show. This evening, and I do understand the policy at this store is, “stocking is 24/7, and we will take precedence wherever we are, and will block aisles and generally pretend you are not present”, but tonight I had to move 2 loaded carts of veggies to get where I needed to go, while two co-workers were laughing and joking around, and did not even acknowledge anyone trying to manoeuvre the obstacle course. When coming to check out, there was one young girl there, helping to assist one customer, while the line behind me was piling up. I counted, and it took 90 seconds for her to notice, and she called for back up. Her back up was over joining the party in produce, and I waited a while before she decided to assist. And in what has become known to me since you guys took over, but there is no greeting, no acknowledgement, nothing. But I was overjoyed that these two were now engaged in their own loud conversation, which may or may not have been about a mobile phone. I was too anxious about wanting to take over and sort the mess out. In 2022, I traced all my transactions spent at your market, and it’s just shy of 12k. And I live alone, no dependants. It’s obvious this place is overwhelmed, and I would honestly have addressed it with one of your managers, but their enthusiasm is pretty much non existent. But, I should just let this place go. There are after all, other options.

It's great for the most part, although a couple of times Ive purchased meat and vegetables from here only to get home and realise they were off. Happens more often than when I shop elsewhere so maybe their quality control is a bit lacking.

The ham is pre cut now and wrapped so you can’t see what you’re buying - and it’s often not a pleasant surprise when you unwrap your ham. Today was $8 worth of end fatty bits, nobody in our house would eat it. Now don’t have what we wanted for lunch tomorrow. Very, very inconvenient.

My husband and I love to experiment with new recipes. Harris Farm is our 'go to' for many of the more unusual ingredients, be they specialty produce, deli items or hard-to-find pantry ingredients. I have just recently sampled their seafood and meat which are also of superb quality.The standard of all their products is matched by the wonderful staff who are both very friendly and knowledgeable. The ultimate one-stop shop!

Since our local deli stopped selling norweigan cheese some years ago, I have been unable to get it. Harris Farm on the far side of town has it on shelf.Actually it had a good array of deli items but didn’t do a proper look. In-laws swear by Harris Farm in Sydney

I went shopping here around a month ago and got a bit stuck trying to find something in the isles. A very helpful staff member named Jamie helped me find what I needed. Great staff and good produce.
