Who said great service only to come with a high price, never took their car to M1 Motors.Fantastic service, fantastic pricing, fantastic guys.They inform me every time what needs to be done in plan English, and the most cost effective way to repair it. Even told me my Brakes needed work but wait a month because they’ll have a special on and it will be cheaper for me to get it done then.Thanks M1 Motors for your honesty and professionalism.

Very disappointed with the RWC service. Was told my engine is blown and cannot be repaired and end up charging $180. I took the car to 2 different car repair centres after that and both cleared my car without raising any engine issue. By the way took me a while to burn all the excess oil these guys put in my car to make it unusable so we can write it off! Stay away!!

Went here for a roadworthy certificate, and I was quoted more than $2,000 in repairs required, some of which weren't even related to the safety of the vehicle. I went to another mechanic who only charged me $400 to get the certificate. Definitely would not recommend coming here for roadworthy. Would give 0 stars if possible.

My father took his car in for a service. He's almost 90 years old. They told him it needed major work and charged him $3500 for a car that isn't even that old. Totally unnecessary work, we found out later, by another mechanic. Rip off. Would never recommend or go back.

Took my car to M1 motors for a regular service- no large issues with the car. Got a call in the afternoon stating that I had nearly $1000 worth of things that needed doing which I have listed with quoted prices below. I felt this was slightly off as my car was functioning fine and I had not heard of any of the issues at previous services and other red flags such as my tyres had recently been changed and none of my lights were out. I decided not to go ahead as it felt off (still got charged over $500 for a regular service). Took my car to another trusted mechanic with the list of things that M1 motors had given me and the new mechanic stated that none of the were issues with my car and a few had literally been made up. As a young female I do believe they were trying to rip me off and urge anyone to use M1 with caution. Road Worthy Check on another car - Joe and all the guys at M1 did a great job again, this time with my Colorado ute. Very fair and informative. Impressed with our last car that was serviced and had a RWC so we came back again. We'll continue using M1 for our vehicles.

Free courtesy car as my car was worked on. They were very busy so it took longer than expected but the courtesy car made up for it. Work was well done, price seemed reasonable. No complaints.

Charged me for repair work not completed. Replaced front and rear struts and installed sway bar links backwards (right onto left, left onto right). Garbage workmanship. Long turnaround time. They even charged me to fix my washer jets, which when I tested the day after receiving the car back didn't work. I highly doubt the washer repair was completed at all.

Took my car in for some major repairs.The advice that Joe gave me was wonderful.I appreciate his advice and my experience dealing with M1.Will definately be back.
