Bad customer service from a young lady at the store today. (Lindsay) no offer of if another store has the item we were looking for just 'dont have that one' nope. Better customer service would of changed the whole experience. Asked to do a change over as it was the wrong size, nope not allowed even though we had proof of purchase and the ring was only purchased a few days ago and only on the finger to get from car park to store. No longer than if someone tried it on. The whole delivery of her conversation changed dynamics of the experience.

Terrible customer service today. Came in and knew what I wanted told the sales lady and was told to wait while she assisted another customer which I was waiting first. The other sales lady looked at us and turned her head and looked away. Then proceeded to wait a further 15 mins so decided to leave and not buy anything. Will not return.
