The Dancing Pixie

I was extremely impressed with the service from The Dancing Pixie, I called up looking for two platters only to find they wouldn't be delivered in time for a birthday if I ordered online. The woman I called from the team was extremely helpful, specifically changing my order, processing it herself and putting it through a special postal service so it arrived in time, it was so kind and amazing service.The platters were beautiful, though would have liked to chose the colours of the patterning, as it was quite different and unpredictable from the pictures on the website, but that's what make it unique in a way!Super happy with the whole experience, and will definitely be coming back to this store again.

The Dancing Pixie store is amazingly stunning and the service that Amanda and her team provided was next level. I have not only purchased the most stunning light features, but Amanda took the time to guide the positioning from a design perspective ensuring I had the perfect effect. Beautiful products and amazing service. Amanda was just lovely from the moment we walked in. We bought a feature light to showcase our stairwell at home and I can't wait to get back and get it hung. I ended up buying quite a few things while I was there - all gorgeous and all sold by Amanda with such warmth and passion for her products. I can see this as the start of a long and wonderful shopping relationship!!

We saw the stall in the Bluesfest and fell in love with a chandelier ... we had to go and see the hole range. Edited: the chandelier is up Dancing Pixie... we love it!

Their service is AMAZING! I sadly broke the glass on a beloved lamp I bought in Turkey in 2013. I searched far and wide for help, until I stumbled across the Dancing Pixie online. I am so glad I did! Amanda went above and beyond to source the replacement glass, which fits my lamp perfectly. Extra care was also taken when shipped to me as well. I highly recommend this wonderful business.

We were delighted to find some Chilean pieces on their display, which we had coincidentally, been searching for. The pieces we purchased look terrific in our home adding unusual and subtle textures. I absolutely love my kitchen tiles and chandelier. Your attention to designing the chandelier was fantastic, it looks gorgeous from all angles and I get compliments about it all the time.
