morning everyone so update on the recent purchase from commodore happy to say all is well and very happy.the system is working great relatively easy to install and back up support was terrific! Linden really is a subject matter expert and all the team members i encountered were friendly Knowledgeable and helpful, going off grid is stressful and a lot to consider but these guys were great i will be recommending commodore, t none of you aware including commodore ! I am employed as a surveillance officer on a 4.3 billion dollar public infrastructure project my purpose is to insure the contractor/supplier delivers a quality product in a timely fashion, and i am happy to report on this occasion a positive observation cheers commodore and special thanks to linden and team.

I purchased a off grid solar system from commodore approximately 4 years ago. The system arrived minus the solar panel mounting brackets. It took 6 weeks of constant calls to have them finally sent. Now 4 years down the track the batteries are failing and nobody answers your calls and emails. The batteries are still under warranty but these guys obviously don't honour the warranty. Don't waste your money with this company.

We purchased a 15kw off grid system from Commodore shepparton and found the service second to none. Big shout out to Justin and Matt for their advice and ongoing support. We are very happy with our system. We started with a 10kw system, and when it to came to upgrade to a 15kw system with Diesel generartor, the guys were more than helpful, going the extra mile to make sure we were happy. All up, it was a great experience. Highly recommended.

We thank you all so very much for the quick turnaround time in getting our now off-grid solar from Shepparton to Bundaberg. You guys kept us up to date every step of the way and when we got it all connected, we ran into a small problem. We rang your office, spoke to a guy who knew exactly what the problem was, connected it to our WiFi and bang, it was fixed within 10 minutes. We haven't had to look at it at all. We have full batteries by 9am everyday and we are just so happy with our purchase. We have thrown your business name to anyone and everyone with an ear or 2, that's how happy we are with the whole system, service and support from Commodore Australia. We will definitely be upgrading later and when we do, we will definitely be contacting you then.Again, thank you all so much for a fantastic off-grid system.

Fantastic Service! I ordered an off grid solar kit from Commodore and was very happy with the wealth of information that the sales team provided, allowing me to make an informed decision rather than pushing me into a certain product like some others. The prewired board I ordered made the job very straightforward and the commodore tech team were more than happy to customise it to my specific needs, saving me much time and money on the install.

Thank you for your service. It was simple and easy and the installers were great. No longer using generator and the power level is fantastic. No more noisy power production.

Thanks to Linden, Jack & Matthew from 1st enquiry responed to questions & what we technically required (other companies wern't interested in customized solution) where here you could get technical specs & schematics for our KP-13-1 for external run strobe/alarm strobe, Plus quote had no hidden surprises plus they have all spares to service unit, works very well extreamly quiet. Ours has high velocity air filters to protect investment. We would recomend them no issues. Best thing the manuals that come with unit very detailed & have part numbers of every part of unit should you ever need a spare, many units don't

Commodore Australia were recommended to us by someone in the area. The off grid system they have designed for us, we couldn’t be happier with. Living off grid is not any different than being on the grid, the only thing is, this way we do not have electricity bills any longer.Commodore Australia is such a great company to deal with, professionals in the field of solar anergy systems!

The guy's at Commodore Australia have outstanding service very helpful with any information required. The off-grid system I brought was custom built by Commodore Australia meeting the requirements for the harsh outback NSW conditions, really is just plug and play and work's great, and all with a touch screen to look at every thing.
