I wasn't sure what type & color timber suits my house at the beginning, Ariel & Kathy (their lovely staffs) are so experienced and gave me lots of useful ideas. I am impressed by the final product of the installation of European Oak floor. Thank you again for the high quality installation and also 100% satisfied customer service.

Sad to say, we really didn't have a good experience with Timberland at all.We thought it would be good from our initial meeting however the final product didn't meet our expectations. The quality really wasn't great for the price. The company also changed the installation dates on us at the last minute without warning and expected us to be flexible and work around their schedule - very tricky when moving a family in an out for the day.

To be honest not sure why this shop has so good rating. Wanted to buy bamboo flooring that was advertised but they don't sell them anymore.The shop itself is confusing, you need to go upstairs but there is no sign telling you that.

Terrible customer service. I have been emailing for a follow up for the company to attend under warranty. They refuse to attend and claim that the lifting is due to dampness. Do yourself a favor and do not go with this company.

The stairs job is not easy, but thank you for making the job done perfectly and professionally.
