If I could give ZERO I would. Service staff are rude and arrogant they believe that any form of communication should go through south Australia and not the store of purchase they are happy to take money and make disabled client wait 8 weeks for a product but refused to assist in returning a different product in the original packaging

I was visiting Frankston and looking for a specialised lift recliner chair for my Aunty who has some mobility issues. The staff were pleasant and very helpful when assisting my Aunt. I would like to recommend. We were both very pleased with the price and service.

As a Support Coordinator I cannot praise MediMart enough. I contacted Medimart Frankston late on Friday Arvo - Staff were polite and informative despite end of week request.As a result I was able to organise prompt pickup of a wheelchair and have adjustment completed on the equipment as part of an urgent request for one of my participants; Big thanks to Mark and the team at the Frankston store

Super quick to send invoice for NDIS payment, but had to follow up after 2 weeks of payment being made and no communication from Medimart regarding order progress.Spoke with rude and surly customer service person over the phone.Outcome: Order cancelled as their supplier unable to provide goods.Availability of supply should have been confirmed PRIOR to billing. As per consumer law Medimart should also should declare in their customer faqs and/or communication when they are drop shipping products.Such a waste of time that has resulted in delay in getting much needed aid product.

Staff were ultra helpful in finding me the right walker to suit my needs & showed me how to fold it etc.. Highly recommend going there if you need equipment if you are disabled.. Very friendly, helpful service

Many thanks to Daniel for bringing lifter chairs to us on the other side of the city. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient. The trial was successful and my wife is very happy with the result. Highly recommended.
